When did you last receive a bunch?
Are you a flower fan?
Would you give your a man a bunch of flowers to cheer them up?
Gents..if your partner gave you a bunch of flowers would they be appropriated?
Ladies..do you appreciate a bunch of flowers off the other half?
Or...do you just buy your own? |

I love fresh flowers and often give but can't remember ever receiving ! I wish we didn't import so many cut flowers and I buy local where I can or give my home grown ones when in season - roses or even better some fresh sweat peas. |

Today, my lovely friend gave me some beautiful duel colour roses as a belated birthday gift, I was touched because she doesn't have a lot of money and it was really sweet x |

Last ones that I didn't buy myself were from a patient on work, she made me cry as we'd chatted about how stressfull things were working through all this and she left and came back with the most massive bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates to say chin up and you're doing a great job x |

I had a mystery dozen red roses on my 21st delivered to the office.
Talking to a client later that day he asked if I was having a nice birthday. I proceeded to tell him about my birthday celebrations etc and said I had received some flowers. To my surprise he asked if I liked roses. Hadn't told him the type of flower it was.
I eventually became engaged to the sender. He also turned out to be a poopoohead. So I am not too fussed about flowers any longer |

I love flowers but I much prefer to see them in their natural habitat. They should be untouched by not picking them. Once a flower is picked it slowly dies
I've had to say it to friends & BFs `please don't buy me flowers` I prefer them to live.
But a potted flowering plant is good where you can plant it outside also and have seasonal flowers for years & years from it

I frequently give flowers cos she likes flowers, don't need a reason. And yes they may be supermarket specials sometimes but that is because we both understand the commercialisation especially around valentines etc.
But mostly we try and support our local small businesses including florists.

I try to make bouquets from my garden now too, to avoid cut flowers and all the plastic that comes with them. I've been really pleased with what I've managed. It's really enjoyable wandering around the garden, creating something beautiful from it. |

There and to the left a bit |
I don't often send or receive flowers but do appreciate them - the last I received was a bouquet from my closest friends all of whom I've known 25 years or more who sent them after I lost my Mum last year - was very touched by it |

I love flowers
I buy my own, going off previous experience flowers off a man only ever means he's fucked up somehow.
Not saying this applies to all men, just the scrotes I've been in a relationship with |

My Small wanted to buy me some flowers at the weekend and went and asked nana for the money. Unfortunately nana had left her purse at home so I didn't get my flowers. In this case, its the thought that counts absolutely xx |

That was a really nice touch, but sorry to hear about your Mum. Kate subscribes to a monthly flower thing, which she loves. Although I do buy her flowers (but apparently not regularly enough!) |

I last bought flowers when my bestie had her baby 2 months ago. I last received them last Tuesday when I started a new job (they’re still going strong thanks to 7up in the water) and I’ll probably acquire a couple of bunches tomorrow.

Love flowers and will often buy them for myself and my friends. I received a beautiful bunch a couple of months ago. It's generally my girlfriends that buy me flowers. |

I had 4 vases of flowers til yesterday (from my birthday) and from K who randomly turns up with them to put a smile on my face.
I feel very fortunate - I love flowers, they bring fresh colour and life to a room.
I'd never think of buying them for a man - just not sure they would be appreciated in the same way, though I'm not sure why.

February 2020, I had a dozen red roses.
I actually can’t stand cut flowers. The smell of them reminds me of death.
I’d quite like house plants instead.
I’d buy a fella flowers but I’d not visit him again till the flowers had gone |

Last bunch I received was from one of my buddies on here and they made me cry.
I adore flowers but don't get them very often.
I'm so looking forward to my garden being something other than a wreck and having it bloom pretty things rather than sprouty uninvited patio slab guests and nettles, nettles don't exactly say "welcome to my home, isn't it loved" |

I like cut flowers which regenerate like roses, it actually helps them to make new growth. But I also like giving rooted plants and seeds as well which people can grow themselves. |
