Head to the nearest hills, walking or running, get a sweat on and enjoy the views and fresh air is my first go to remedy. It usually clears my head snd it helps sort my head space out. Then a brew with a mate and chat about life, if it’s something you need to talk about good mate will be there. And can usually offer a separate look at your worry! |

I take myself off for a walk in the countryside, and give myself a stern talking to while I'm out.
Occasionally though, I just need to cry to purge all of the raw emotion, so I'll just lie on my bed and sob for awhile. |

OP you have had some great advice above.
I was feeling meh recently due to a running injury, which stopped me for 8 weeks. It was imperative for me to be outdoors in some way, so I walked or rather hobbled for half a mile every day. It took me a while but I found that 20 mins outdoors helped me feel like myself again.
Through a forum thread I put up on activities and challenges whilst I was injured I was recommended kettlebells and we invested in some and I found they have been excellent. Something you can do out the garden or indoors providing you have room.
Swimming is another activity that you may be able to do whilst injured.
I hope the meh feeling passes by soon for you but rest assured that it does pass by in time.

Getting out and seeing a friend for a cuppa and a chat always helps me feel better.
This last year of working from home I've had to make myself get out of the house as being in the same place all the time doesn't help.
