I love sauce and condiments (for the high class fabbers out there)

What is everyone's go to sauce. I like a bit of bbq myself, I still have soft spot for the class tomato too

These days more often than not I'll go for mayo by choice, ideally garlic mayo

Or tartare sauce on fish and chips

Ok sorry should have gone sleep but

Encona hot pepper sauce is a serious yes.. flavoured with scotch bonnet and have eta and unconditionally reliable

Naha chiles are going next level... but I a hot head... and impressed

Blowing my trumpet I’ve grown Carolina reaper and yellow habernaro.. took 3 years to get fruit but holy shamoly was hot

For me it would be none of the one you can buy ready made, that would be roasted tomato with chilli & garlic. Ready made would be hot chilli

Devil Spit Extreme hot sauce.

Specially made in limited numbers by CJ from The Wildhearts (one of my favourite bands)

He even once sent me a bag of his Ghost Reapers to make my own sauce. That was very nearly a mistake

Costa Blanca Spain...

Worcestershire sauce. (Lea & Perrins of course)

Fantastic additive to all kinds of soups stews Etc.

Try a splash of it on a bacon and fried tomato sandwich. Very different but WOW!

My little bottle of magic and I wouldn't be without it.
