There and to the left a bit

Junk food without a doubt - whilst I don't watch a lot of TV there are things I do enjoy and no real direct alternatives apart from films or perhaps radio, whereas junk food there are plenty of far healthier options - these days it's rare I eat it anyway.

Other than an odd takeaway now and again, we could easily do without both.

Neither of us watch TV at all and most of our food is cooked fresh.

Erm, gun to my head I would keep TV. I'd rather get rid of both and have music in my life forever though.

You've watched no TV whatsoever in 7 years? Not even streaming services etc?

I should say junk food, I know I should but to be honest I would say TV. For most of the time it's 'on' but I'm not really watching it.

I think I'd like to go without either!

Giving up TV would probably be better though.

Got rid of the telly 10 years ago, only tv I see is if it’s on when visiting friends, but as they have visitors it usually gets turned straight of anyway.

I am partial to a takeaway though, so I’ll keep the food.

Junk food. But only just as TV is pretty crap at the moment. Found myself watching a rerun a Fawlty Towers on one of the “main” channels last night! What have things come to!?

There’s plenty of good or even great TV shows on at the moment including European series you can find on BBC4 (The Bridge, being my favourite).

All depends on what you mean by ‘Junk food’ is pizza junk food, fish and chips ?

McDonalds, KFC and Burger King I could do without, so keep telly please

I agree, fast food could go in the bin for all I care, but I love me some long awaited junk food takeaway lol

I could manage both though I'd miss the convenience of being able to drive up to a window and be handed enough calories in a box to keep me going till I can get some proper food.

You guess correctly, I do still have a TV and it is a colour one. I also have a landline as three of the main mobile providers cannot get a signal to my house.

I do have a mobile phone, a 7 year old Nokia. I rely on a 5 year old Toshiba Lap Top together with Virgin for my internet. But I am happy

Too old to change anything now.

If I could give up junk food without craving it I'd happily let it go.

I rarely watch television anyway, so I would give that up. There's always books and Netflix

But I’d keep the TV and lose the “junk”.

I'd rather go without junk food...some healthy food is quite tasty... I've substituted Crisps for salt & vinegar rice cakes with low fat cheer spread... They're delish

Cheer spread would be great. Every time you eat healthy you get loud applause and it’s cheering you on
