How many cup of coffees do you have a day?

I like my coffee and I have to have few a day. I normally have 3 a day and I have the first one in the morning when I wake up. I need the energy and I have the home made coffee from the aero press, sometimes I have instant coffee when I dont have time to do the other one  |

I only drink espresso and always a large one! And am on my 3rd of the day so far on the weekends I will get through at least 6 each on sat and Sunday so way more than I should 
During the week maybe 3 to 4, I just love it  |

All the coffee, everyday. If I don’t caffeinate, there are murders.
Probably about 6 espresso based coffees and 2/3 pots of filter coffee. No instant. |

I have
0 coffee's
0 teas
Much rather have a hot chocolate or on rare occasions a mocha, have to stay away from caffeine, it gives me palpitations.

Yes I do abit as well. I like the energy it gives me, that is good as well to not to have any. I also like hot chocolate |

One first thing for both of us then it’s tea for the rest of the day, I might have another usually instant if I feel meh & having a tough day.
Teas probably well into double figures most days though as we both work from home so it’s always available.

None. Gives me a dull headache & makes the inside of my mouth feel odd. I stick to tea, it's safer!
I will have a latte or cappuccino when out & put up with the after effects but at home it's tea all the way. Shame but true! |
