For me it depends. I've experienced a couple of guys who liked my feet in a similar way to liking my boobs or bum. It kind of made me feel like they appreciated all of me and foot rubs are nice. However, I'm personally not comfortable if they're more into my feet than the rest of me or if they enjoy smelly/sweaty feet. Each to their own but it isn't for me.
