Just chatting to Incandescent and we got onto the subject of eggs.
She likes boiled or fried, where the yolk and white are separate.
I like them all!
How do you like yours?

I like hard boiled eggs as a snack or in a salad or mashed up with salad cream in sandwiches.
I like scrambled. I like egg and soldiers but the egg is practically cooked solid cos I don’t like gloop. I like a fried egg but it’s gotta be flipped so the top is fried as well and just a tiny bit runny not too runny. |

Unfertilised.
( I just had to )
I liked eggs many ways. Mainly poached, fried, coddled or scrambled.
Hard boiled and cold in a salad or rose marie......
They are nice as a comfit but I do hate the waste of white.
Good in a curry too on a hump day

I know this is going to upset a few people but I do not like the yolk of an egg , so I separate it before cooking and throw it away.
I have my eggs poached |

"Shakshuka with extra feta and black garlic. Served with sourdough toast and fresh butter.
Or dippy eggs and soldiers. "
I am glad you had a simple option |
