Just chatting to Incandescent and we got onto the subject of eggs.

She likes boiled or fried, where the yolk and white are separate.

I like them all!

How do you like yours?

Pretty much anyway bar hard boiled. Soft boiled, yes, hard boiled no. And definitely not cold hard boiled. Cold scrambled, fried, poached, yes.

I like hard boiled eggs as a snack or in a salad or mashed up with salad cream in sandwiches.

I like scrambled. I like egg and soldiers but the egg is practically cooked solid cos I don’t like gloop. I like a fried egg but it’s gotta be flipped so the top is fried as well and just a tiny bit runny not too runny.

King's Crustacean

Unfertilised.

( I just had to )

I liked eggs many ways. Mainly poached, fried, coddled or scrambled.

Hard boiled and cold in a salad or rose marie......

They are nice as a comfit but I do hate the waste of white.

Good in a curry too on a hump day

I know this is going to upset a few people but I do not like the yolk of an egg , so I separate it before cooking and throw it away.

I have my eggs poached
