Ever have s nightmare or dream that just felt way too real? My heart is still beating too fast after having woken up in a panic at 5 am,screaming my head off,having dreamt that ex had called to say someone took the kids...felt so real I even text him just to reassure myself that they are ok.(they are at his for the week) hope it did not wake the neighbours either...LOL |

I get that I think something I've been dreaming has really happened, so I understand exactly what you've gone through... luckily for me, however, I rarely remember my dreams,
Hope you can get back to sleep for a few more hours and have nicer dreams. |

As am I...lol...of for appointment at jobcentre and them to get a haircut and back to continue sorting house...taking advantage of no kids here this week to get house cleaned top to bottom and get my son's room emptied ready for the arrival of his new bed to surprise him with when they come home Sunday(thank goodness for Very and buy now pay later...lol) |

I have alot of night terrors last week was my worst. I swear I was awake too my ex was hitting me with a brick very strange, it felt like I was awake and fighting him I woke up cowering on the bedroom floor between the bed and wall. |
