Some days I just want the simple things in life and just not have to adult for a while...
Like coffee in the garden listening to the wind blowing through the trees without having to think about my growing work to-do list.
What are the simple things you crave?

Sitting by a sea wall in the rain listening to the waves and watching them roll around the harbour would be my idea of a blissful day, unfortunately something I’ve no done in years! |

Ride my motorbike to a green, quiet space, take my flask of tea and sandwiches and just sit.
Take in all the scents of the flowers and grass, listen to the wildlife and relax.
It rejuvinates me..... |

It says I would rather be harder to handle than easy to please. I didn’t say I wasn’t easy to please especially when it comes to a naked woman and a McFlurry |

To sit in a gorgeous woodland listening to the birds the sun shining on my face through the trees. A nearby stream trickling in the near distance and the soft whisper of furry creatures moving through the bushes.
Not a thought in my head other than taking in the beautiful sounds and sights that surround me. |

A new pillow.....the smell of fresh cut grass.....new socks.....the sound of rain on the roof when your inside warm by the fire....my kids laughing at my bad dad jokes. |

A sunny day.. lying in the meadow in a high grass full of wildflowers. Watching clouds, making up stories in my head, chewing grass. Something along those lines.
A corner of the cosy sofa, wrapped in a fluffy blanket with a hot mug to hold and some chilled music and wondrous company. |
