I absolutely loved it, and it also had another one of my fave actors in it, Stephen Graham, who is gorgeous and always plays a great bad boy.
Really enjoyed this programme tonight, was compelling and very sad too |

i thought it started off really well but then went a bit rushed towards the end
the court room scenes in particular were just over too quick
it would have benefitted from another hour to build up tension and a greater appreciation of the characters
i did enjoy the parallels between his increasing happiness and his teaching style tho and the bit where he went to see his love interests wife for a makeover had my heart pounding
overall, a good bit of telly and both the leads played their parts exceptionally well |

".....is in a sparkly frock on BBC1........and still manages to look gorgeous......is anyone else watching?"
Prog was excellent! But gorgeous!!! Come on!!
Even Gene Hackman in the 'Birdcage' looked more attractive! and that's pushing it...
Possibly even Terence Stamp in 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert'

I did think whilst watching this how many 'straight' guys were sat with their wives there and then with their little hearts pounding and finding it exceptionally awkward _iewing as opposed to compelling _iewing |
