Every person that I meet that's doing it says its easy.. I beg to differ I'm wondering if there's a buzz from doing something hard.. Think I'd better just try it.... I love the heat I must admit.. Hate been cold

I don't like the cold and it's not nice doing it but I think you feel great after doing it and it's only the first shock that's like fuck this is cold but after a minute you get more use to it
