I've just had a deep, afternoon bath while reading the Waitrose magazine

Lots of bath oil.

Sun is shining.

I'm feeling pretty fine...

I have just been out for a moderately fast three hour walk at my favourite location; back home on the sofa relaxing and appreciating this latest increment in my fitness programme.

Way better than last year when I could barely walk, because of a knee injury!
