I use frozen cod fillets (defrosted enough to cut), coat in corn flour then deep fry until crispy in a wok. |

Meat free Monday so got some chilli and coriander veggie burgers to try instead of my usual pot of tinned tomatoes, rice, Quorn chicken-style pieces and whatever veg us lying around that I usually make! |
