"Me but I prefer to go alone and left to sweat and grunt in peace. "
That's cool, I've been going alone for years starting to hit some pretty big wieghts so I need someone to spot me lol, also I think it would be quite endearing to have someone to workout with now that lockdown is over |

Gyms:
If there for the people, do a bit, but socialise.
If there for the fitness, workout, get sweaty, maybe a bit of social, but not the motivation.
In general, I'll use certain gyms, but the whole bro-science gyms or gyms which are glorified meeting places, nah. Prefer to be solo somewhere. |

I'd actually really like a gym buddy...less chance of me copping out of going if I'm meeting someone there. I don't really know that many people where I live though, so looks like I'll be back to PT sessions |

Yeah I totally get you bro, I've been doing it alone for years and after a while of hardcore solo workouts I'm getting to the point where I wanna find others with the same passion and common interest |

I find typically if I go with someone I’m gonna
1. Do too much or too little. Very rare to find someone with exactly the same recovery needs as you
2. Do a bunch of stuff I don’t need or want to do
Respect if it helps you, but it hurts me |
