Delicious, the word can mean oh so divine,
Like the taste of a woman or a nice vintage wine,
Delicious, delectable, succulent, sweet
these words are alike, words hard to beat.
Delicious is succulent like a woman of age,
scrummy and yummy just at the right stage,
Delicious is rich, sweet and savoury too,
Nectareous offerings from from ladies like you.
Delicious is mouth watering, tasty delish.
Like getting to act out a fantasy wish.
Delicious is mouth watering taste of soft flesh.
Rich, sweet tasty flavours and bodies that mesh,
Delicious is luscious, finger licking good,
Flavoursome inviting I wish I just could,
Excite you with words, entice and provoke,
It could be delicious, have your senses awoke? |

A night like this
Where people in here meet
There's always someone
You want to greet
It might be someone
You've talked to before
Or a sexy new avatar
To admire from afar
Confident ladies
And well spoken men
You want to meet them
Just don't know quite when
This pandemic has stopped
So many from making
Those long lingering kisses
And numbers from taking
So here's to the future
May it be so much better
Let's imagine our meeting
And getting much wetter

An ode to my friends
On this fine Fab thread
We don't really know
Each other they've said
Well every single day
We jot down a thought
From whether size matters
Or something we've bought
We listen to others
When they're feeling sad
Or listen to stories
Of exes being bad
There's shows of support
On a meaningful post
And the funny one liners
Which we love the most
We know exactly what
some people will say
We miss the ones
Who then go away
We might come back
With a different name
But we always know
It'll always be the same
A few old friends
Will always be here
The ones who we always
Hold onto so dear
So thank you to Fab
For being so great!
Let's all have some fun
Or go on a date

Of course I am a poet!
Though many here will not as yet know of it.
Are those few words of themselves enough to claim credentials?
Or is it all (in your opinion) sought for at a far too elementary level?
