I'm done in after a shitty week at work and a poorly pooch... the thought of a few beers with a mate last night was getting me through the week and he cancelled last minute 
woken up this morning with a fresh perspective - knackered but in a great mood. had a bacon butty and a brew, getting out soon with the dog for the first time since last thursday, and generally feeling very very positive! so a solid setting of 7 for me right now |

I'm enjoying the act of recharging in preparation for the week ahead - it's nice to stop and allow myself to be sometimes. I'll soon be back to full Meli but conserving energy and mind is a blessing. |
