I can only go by feel, but my gynaecologist gave me 3/4 for muscle tone.
3 being moderate, 4 being please let go of my fingers.
My partner like putting his penis in it, so it can't be all bad, but it's covered in a mound of pubes, so, not to everyone's taste.

The vagina physio said I had excellent muscle tone. "The high side of strong" apparently, so full marks for that. The low cervix that prevents me from enjoying any penis longer than 7 inches brings the points down to 3.5 out of 5 though. |

Mine looks perfect (to me) and doesn't resemble a wind sock so im happy with that.
As for ability it has a tight grip and I am still able to cough,sneeze and laugh daily without pissing myself.
So I think I'm doing okay..... |
