I’ve actually thought about similar scenarios to this and I have the perfect hide.

There’s an overflow system for our local reservoir and I know the entrance well from my teenage years.

You can follow the tunnels down to a chamber that has a really high ceiling and if you’re cat like at climbing and traversing then you can reach a high ledge that is quite wide.

I’d hide there.

Just pray it doesn’t rain too heavily!
