How long should sex last

My friend seems to think anything less than 3-4 hours is a waste.

Some females in my life have said anything over 30 mins is boring.

How long is sex for you? And let’s try break it up into sections. For example I think foreplay that doesn’t involve genitalia (kissing, touching, hugging etc) can go on for hours. But the actual sex? I think about 20 mins, 30 if you include oral.

If a man wanted to talk about duration of sex with me I usually quote playing for 3ish hours - but that would be including everything.

If I needed to look at how long sex had lasted then you hadn't satisfied me.

I prefer the type of sex that makes me forget all about time and just enjoy the moment.
