Thanks all....
loads of painkillers.
Bloody snotty nurse at the A and E tho. grrrrrrrr
And just come back from visiting me sis in derby royal and things dont look good at all.
So yerrrr a little down but as im not at work , im gona bug you lot on the forums summat bad.

Well it was awkward at the ozzy , went half dressed as was half way up the stairs to get me underwear etc and consequently. didnt get it...
ahem....
It was ok till this lovely guy in xray dept wanted me leg all over the place.  |

ive had a TKR make sure you do the physio !! you gotta keep it moving..my physio says ive got the best moevemnt hes ever seen in one ...i darent tell him how i get my excercise .... |

ive had a TKR make sure you do the physio !! you gotta keep it moving..my physio says ive got the best moevemnt hes ever seen in one ...i darent tell him how i get my excercise ...."
Spent the last year slowly expanding as I now have very limited movement in the knee so cant wait to be able to start exercising again, but thanks for the kindly advice |

you have to be patient it will take a good year ....i wish someone had told me that before i had mine done !! i was so bloody impatient ....but to the original OP i feel for you ...knees are so bloody painful ...sympathy pouring out of here !!!! |
