I’ve never had to block so many as I have this year - it becomes tiresome.
I have on my profile title that I’m not meeting at the moment - I had a guy message me yesterday saying he was free to come over and giving me all his contact details. He had hidden his profile so I couldn’t block him and then sent another 3 messages. Even away from Covid times I don’t meet in that way.
I had to report him and hopefully they blocked him.
Some people are just yuk!  |

No hello nothing , we replied into intelligent conversation, start by a hello just don't dive in with questions like that it might work with some people but not us. He didn't reply back  We also get some messages with just a HI these annoy me if that's all you've got first off can't see the conversation getting much better. Waste of time

We no longer block.
We use the private note facility and make a note of anything we may have blocked for in the past,now if they message we look at the profile,open the private note,and ignore or respond accordingly.
Let them waste their time,we don't give second chances
