A world all of his own

Due to certain issues, I've lost weight, to the extent that I don't even want to get on the scales

Delightful Bliss

I had put on a stone and a half of fat and converted half of that to muscle which of course weighs more so now I really don't want to step on the scales, but I am happy I have my toned peachy ass back without its accompanying back fat belt

A stone gained here (Mr) and need it gone soon as it means I’m just that bit too heavy to do one of my hobbies.

Not far

Unchanged here but cycling has been pretty much unaffected by Covid and lockdowns fortunately.

somewhere, someplace

I don't even want to know, everything still fits the same so I'm fingers crossed I haven't gained. My jobs active though so I'm hoping that's why

North West

Only gained about a kilo, but I'd obviously lost muscle and gained fat. Three people this week have commented that I've lost weight, so it must be true to the eye, though not to the scale. My riding instructor says my thighs are slimmer and my son said the same without prompting

I gained just over a stone but thankfully have lost about half of that now, working on loosing the rest.

I've put on a stone in the last year, but I don't think that was lockdown, I think it was more being happier in myself.

Lost 3 stone last year, put on a stone this year. Don’t worry about it you’ll get it off. If you have ever lost weight and become fit, when you work out again, eventually you’ll get to the fit you. Just healthy eating and lots of exercise, keep away from the bad stuff.

I spent about that much throughout lockdown buying crap but I enjoy pull ups once my body is warm enough blood literary burning helps to do more haven't checked my weight I never have a concern besides keeping it still

Well OP 3.5KG Might be the weight of all that cum you’ve had to retain over lock down. I’m sure I’m a couple of kilos heavier!

.

I put on the best part of a stone during lockdown. I've now lost that plus a few additional pounds (not difficult when you're my starting weight!). I still have a fair bit more to lose, I've got a target for a date in June.

Who knew that the break up diet really was effective?

I've actually lost weight which is surprising considering my eating habits during lockdown? Can't afford to loose much more or a good gust of wind and I'll be gone !
