An extensive wet room with proper power showers and hot water. The number of clubs that don't have this blows my mind.
Proper air-conditioning throughout the entire club. I've previously had to stop scenes because everyone involved got so slippery with sweat that it was impossible to continue.
All ceilings high enough for me to stand fully upright. I'm not *that* tall; this shouldn't be as much of an issue as it is! |

Decent wet facilities.
Good and well equipped Dungeon with employed DM.
Equal pricing policy for all but a cap on all entrants and mixes dependent on the event advertised.
Well paid professional staff.
Indoor and outdoor play space.
Chill space.
Private play spaces.
An independent financial backer so that the club never had to balance finance vs practicality/necessity.

Open 24/7. Proper beds with sheets, not the pleather pvc wooden bench stuff. 24 hour maids / cleaners. To clean rooms and change sheets after every play. Air con / heating. Free condoms. Rooms that are big enough to swing a cat in. Lots of theamed rooms / spaces like The Attic. Freash updated decor, new sofas. On site testing for std's. Lots of players, not sitting around looking pretty and chatting. Outside play gardens. Seperate area for eating a meal (bar snack type) not the Aldi style buffet. On site salon, for waxing, TV makeups and make overs ect. Soft fluffy towels.

"Open 24/7. Proper beds with sheets, not the pleather pvc wooden bench stuff. 24 hour maids / cleaners. To clean rooms and change sheets after every play. Air con / heating. Free condoms. Rooms that are big enough to swing a cat in. Lots of theamed rooms / spaces like The Attic. Freash updated decor, new sofas. On site testing for std's. Lots of players, not sitting around looking pretty and chatting. Outside play gardens. Seperate area for eating a meal (bar snack type) not the Aldi style buffet. On site salon, for waxing, TV makeups and make overs ect. Soft fluffy towels.
