No it’s not, it’s letting you know you don’t always have to put on a smile or be all British with the stiff upper lip, if you don’t feel ok then you have very right to say it, so many of us just go “I’m alright” and keep all the bad feelings inside, I know I do that all the time but every now and again we need to say “actually no I’m not ok today”
