So I’ve been buying lots of things recently for my renovation and every time I’ve bought online or gone into kitchen stores etc I end up receiving a customer satisfaction survey..
It got me musing about what it would be like if after a meet you were sent an online survey asking you to review your experience... resulting in a trust pilot style rating/review.
So questions like...
1) We’re you satisfied with your experience today?
Rate 1-5 (1 Being Poor 5 being excellent, could be represented by sad through to smiley faces)
can you provide more feedback on your experience....
2) was your partner welcoming & friendly
3) was your partner as described/shown on their profile?
Was there anything else your partner could have done to make your experience better?
So for a bit of lighthearted fun throw in your suggestions for fab post meet survey questions..
