Isn't it weird how much we're used to seeing each others' naked bodies on this site? I've seen so many breasts and cocks in here, belonging people I regularly chat with as friends too, that I'd just never see in 'real life'.

I just find it odd that I have lots of friends from the forums, people I really like but who I have no particular chemistry with, and yet I've seen them totally naked. And that's normal to me now!
Is it weird that I HAVEN'T seen my non-fab friends naked?  |

There are some lovely pictures on here which are sexy-ish.. but to me it is much of a muchness. However as others have said, if a woman or a group of women ( I wish  ) were to stand in front of me naked then I hope that my reaction would be a positive one, along with a HUGE.. grin on my face  |

This is really true actually, the range of bodies on here makes you realise there's no one way to look sexy. I'm straight and I usually look more at female pictures because I can appreciate the confidence needed to take them and share them, and I think that's amazing. Not that I don't think it requires confidence for men to do it, I suppose I can just empathise more with women. |

You raise a good point. I imagine it must be weird talking to someone in real life after chatting on here and oddly enough, they have clothes on. I guess that's where it's better to judge a person on their conversation skills rather than their body though. |

Exactly this. Nudity is a huge equaliser. It takes a lot of courage to post pics on here initially, then you realise that not everyone has perfect bodies and they probably share similar hang ups. It increases your confidence which can only be a positive thing |

I don't think so. I've always been kinda relaxed about nudity. I grew up as a kid with parents who didn't mind changing in front of us and we only had one bathroom so they used to leave the bathroom door unlocked so we could still use the loo while they were in the bath.
Then I danced from a toddler until I was 19 and sometimes had quick changes in the wings. You don't wear bras under leotards and we wore nude thongs so they didn't show under costumes. Then I did life drawing at college then went to university and studied lingerie. The girls who were sample sizes were always trying stuff on for us and eventually nobody is shy anymore. I also volunteered myself for the private courses my university ran for things like bra fitting and pattern cutting. I was the demo for everything from bra fitting to having my boob taped into various positions with surgical tape  .
So I guess nudity wasn't a big deal for me long before fab! I personally feel its a good thing as I think we can be a bit prudish in this country. Other countries are much more relaxed about it. It is just a body after all.
I don't think it takes away from being aroused by the naked body of those we're attracted to. I can be aroused by the clothed body of someone I'm attracted to and you see clothed bodies every day. |

You definitely become less sensitive to nudity and sex after joining fab. I had a friend who I thought might join with his wife.
I showed him the site and he became really uncomfortable. I was due to meet a woman for coffee and he couldn't understand how I knew what she looked like during sex and once he had seen her profile he wouldn't meet her to say hello.
It's also strange meeting people at socials. Everyone exchanges profile names, and checks their phones to see what the people in front of them look like naked. It's not how nights out are for regular people.

I think most would have been looking at pictures of naked people for many years, on the internet or in my case, top shelf magazines, from early teens.
