What is your favourite way of giving yourself a pamper time treat?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Face pack and hair pack, while sat in a nice hot bubble bath. If someone else is paying, a full body massage.

This sounds awful but I bought a scholl foot file, it was about £3 and resembles a mini cheese grater. There is no going back now, it's FAB!!!

The Pedegg is great..... but seriously, nothing beats paying someone else £20 to do it...... and you get a nice foot massage and painted nails.

Diamond foot file or Pedegg thing once a month for me and then moisturise every morning, careful not to slip over. I never have cracked hees.

I haven't looked at your age but if you are peri or menopausal then additional progesterone helps.

Avocados, which I believe are indigenous to central Mexico, are meant to be pretty good for the skin as well as lowering cholesterol.

Arse End of the Universe, Cumbria

Manicure once a fortnight, pedicure once a month/6 weeks, hair cut and coloured once a month otherwise I become TwoToneCaz, Indian Head Massage whenever I get chance, would have one every day if I could afford it

Hair cut every 4 weeks, manicure and pedicure every 2-4 weeks... but I guess I do these so regularly they don't feel like real pamper treats.

If I go out for a pamper treat, I do like a good massage.

At home it needs to be the body scrub, shower then bubble bath. Then after the bath cover myself in nice smelling goopy stuff, new jim-jams, fluffy robe and fresh bedding to top it all off.

I might throw a few of those effervescent bath bombs in the tub later.

A world of my own

Most Sunday afternoons if I'm not doing anything else I have a pamper day, soak feet, exfoliate, shower, moisturise, do nails, eyebrows, shave etc etc. Then a nice glass of wine and listen to music and chill
