I am so totally excited about them performing at the closing ceremony that iv just listened to pretty much all the songs they released..

Great...finish the Olympics off with a 5 women who couldnt hold a note if it was welded to their arms....
Shame we couldnt do better than a glorified mime act and a bloke who gets nicked either in his car out of his bonce or in a toilet propositioning coppers..and a has been ex eurythmic..
We only need Lenny Henry and his chip laden shoulders and Cheryl 'auto tune' Cole to really top the evening off.. |

Last night after posting on the music for Fabsters thread I had YouTube mix for Soft Cell running most of the night.....quite often do that on YouTube, Bowie, Steely Dan, Cream, Bee Gees, Kinks, Animals, Muse, Rainbow to name but a few of my faves |

I was nt ever a fan of the Spice Girls before - but tbh I thought last night they brought back to the stage what they did a decade ago or more for many youngsters - they were cute I thought. |
