I know it's meant to be a female thing, but since I lost weight and put on more muscle, it's certainly uncomfortable to rest one knee on top of the other. I should try that. |

Helps keep everything in line, hips/back and under knees if you lie on your back |

Four pillows on the bed, firm to medium. Two normally get used, one to rest my arm on above my head, the other is over that arm and tucked under my chin and down my torso, as I sleep on my side/stomach. Occasionally I’ll place one up against my back as well. |

2 pillows here. I only ever use one at a time though. I have 1 for when I want to sleep on my back & another more firm one which is a far comfier one for when I turn on my side. |

Yeah it is! It's called a "bolster" and is common in Asia. I have two of those! Bedding sets in Asia include bolster covers.
They're great for sex too, when you need parts of your body (eg bum) elevated...
So six pillows, two bolsters and two quilts (a medium and a light) as the weather can't make up it's mind if it's spring or winter still. So I single or double layer depending on how hot I am. |

I have loads of pillows!
I tend to just have one under my head but I also have one between my knees, one under my feet and one to cuddle I also have one on top of my head. I know I'm strange but its just how I get cosy and comfy. |

Used to be one and even this one used to follow me dunno why I'd wake up at the bottom of the bed and still have a pillow and the duvet the right way so I'm using two now full of duck feathers and very comfortable |

The problem I find is I have 2 but always fold the top one over . So you would say have 3 then ....... I still fold the top one in half and so on .

Definitely!
It was hard to get used to but very quickly I got used to it and it doesn't feel right sleeping on a regular pillow now. I used to get loads of cricks in my neck and I've had one since using this type which has been years! |

I have 6 pillows on a double bed. 2 are bloody solid and are at the back. 2 are old ones and sit in the middle. 2 are lovely new ones ( at least a year ) that sink and spring.
I sleep on ONE. There are six so that I can prop myself up in all kinds of positions for reading.
They come in handy for sex too come to think about it |
