"I can't poach eggs
Get a cup line it with clingfilm, spray a little oil into it, break egg and pour in, twist top to seal and drop in boiling water for desired time. "
This seems so much easier than trying to create a whirlpool in a hot pan, drop and pray |

Scrambled is easier, but if its going on top of something, like salmon, then a poached egg looks great and it's nice cutting into it and having a runny yolk.
It took me research, experimentation and practice to work out how to poach it but now I have a really reliable way to do it. |

The whirlpool way is rubbish. I've never had good results doing that. I have a patented method that works really well. Luke |

Bring a pan of water to the boil (can put a drop of vinegar in but theres no need) turn down...gently add eggs... skim top couple of times..
Literally 2 mins and they are cooked...less is more with poached eggs ![](/icons/s/cool.gif) |

"Which of the two are you going to choose.....???? Difficult again I think I will go for Scrambled......"
A soft perfectly poached egg on a slice of sourdough, put your knife through it and watch all that beautiful yellow creamy yolk tumble onto the toast...
...Christ I need a wank now! ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |
