Height matters to most, but numbers matter more online than it does in real life.

6ft is a nice rounded number which is why most have that as their preference. But in reality most don't even know how tall 6ft is.

I'm 5ft9 but I've had others think I'm taller than that.

I’m quite surprised how it’s pretty much 50/50 on everyone’s preference about this topic tbh. I was expecting there to be a lot more that preferred taller than shorter people. I’m pleasantly surprised

You would struggle to find a guy taller than me in general let alone with heels

Girls height wouldnt be to much of an issue for me or a guys, unless they are to small and they end up looking like my child or something

I like tall guys so yup height bothers me. We’re not all the same height laying down and some sex positions become less enjoyable to do when there is a distinct height difference. The same could be said about body sizes i suppose.

Imagine a guy saying if you over a size 12 swipe left. I'm not attacking anyone at all. We all have preferences, just wondering.

Im about 5ft 11, wouldnt want to be any shorter. Had a massive growth spurt when I was 16, was short up until then and got picked on.

Now just about 14 stones and putting on some serious muscle, would love to bump into those kids that picked on me at school

There have been threads about preference for slimmer women, appropriate descriptive terms for women's body shapes and on some gents and couples profiles they will state a preference for a ladies under/between a certain dress size. It does happen. Xxx

I was bullied very badly at school. Being short and of small frame I had no choice but to learn how to either fight or run fast

I think as long as it’s not put in an aggressive or nasty way then it should be allowed in their bio without judgement but it’s just one of those things that snowflakes like to jump on

My partners are between 5ft6 and 6ft8.

Someone I met years ago must have been 5ft at the most.

It’s so interesting, women are so particular about height. I’m good height wise but I have a colleague who is 5ft2 and the amount of women who turn him down because of it is scary.

I understand there is perhaps a instinctive sense of protection etc... but part of me can’t help thinking it’s a tad unfair. Not on me, I’m 6ft5 (form an orderly queue ladies), actually fuck those pathetic short guys!!

I’m 5ft and a 1/4 so most guys seem tall to me but I have found most of my longer term relationships have been with guys around 6ft plus. My ex husband was 6ft 4.

I'm 5'9" and I have a thing for heels. Most men I've known don't really like it when a woman towers over them. So I tend to go for men at least a couple of inches taller than me.

Plus my most recent ex was shorter than me and even though it's irrational he has rather put me off shorter men.

Saying that, if the attraction and connection are there I really don't care that much.

I prefer tall men...I'm not exactly a delicate little sylphlike lady, and I like to wear heels, it's just more comfortable for tall men to put their arm around me, hug me etc.

Plus, I get enough neck and backache from carrying boobs round...I don't need that adding to by having to bend down to kiss.

You know what bothered me about the muppets? There was only one of each type, same with Sesame Street, like there was one big bird, one Oscar the grouch, one Cookie Monster. Hight is a massive factor from my experience. Most women would prefer a taller man to hookup with and that’s literally their choice. Personally, I think most women are highest even if they don’t admit it. But with that said I’d rather have sex with a woman who likes me for me. Also, I’m sure lots of women have been very disappointed with the size of men who are 6ft tall but about 2in where it matter. What a letdown. Should have gone for a pocket rocket.

At 5'5" I often get told I'm too short although that's never been an issue for me. I'm comfortable with any height. I have a lady at 4'10" and a lady at 5'11" that I see regular. I have to make up for those extra inches with my sense of humour and skills in the bedroom . Lol
