At bootcamp! 
After my thread last night about feeling very nervous about attending bootcamp, I followed all your kind advise, went along with a positive attitude and I smashed it.
To anyone feeling apprehensive about anything, a positive mental attitude really is key.

I definitely do. I am back there tomorrow for a 1 to 1 session then back on Thursday for bootcamp. |

"Oh wow, boot camp sounds very extreme! I don't think i could do it, well done... How long will it last ?? "
It wasn't too extreme, yet. It's 2 sessions a week for 8 weeks so not too bad. |
