tea all day long... gave up coffee when I did sobee october and literally can't stomach it now.
in my old job I would easily drink at least 3x 4shot starbucks which cannot have been healthy!  |

Tea. I’m addicted. 5-10 cups a day depending on if I’m working or not (more cuppas when I’m at home)

3 cups of tea before I set off to work, costa express on the way to work, several cups of tea while at work, costa express when I leave from work. Hmmmm  |

Mainly coffee for me, white with two sugars most of the time though I love a Black Filter coffee the stronger the better 
Occasionally I will drink tea but very occasionally |

Coffee with milk and no sugar. 2 a day in the morning but trying to cut that down to 1 as I also have pre-workout in the afternoon and prefer my heart inside my chest  |

Neither.. there's always gotta be one..
No fizzy
No aspartame
Just sugar free type juice 2litres a day or tap water.
No tea no coffee no milky drinks.
Yes..hot lemonade

Love a good coffee xx the smell of fresh coffee beans is a mood enhancer for me, reminds me of holidays.
Probably 2 cups of coffee black no sugar
3 or 4 mugs of tea milk no sugar |

Like both but couldn't go a day without tea or I'd be climbing the walls & highly likely to stab someone with a spoon. Currently only have 4 teabags left in the house and I'm feeling a bit panicky about it!
Coffee I generally only have one cup a day, tea I'd say minimum of 5 or 6 cups.
