What are your favourite healthy snacks?

Toasted sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds are terrific. They're so nutty and if you 'toast' them in a dry frying pan pan after cooking bacon, you get the slight but delicious taste of that too. What's not to like?

When are we meant to snack?? I honestly don't get it... The only time I eat snacks is sometimes if I am bored or if I can't be arsed to sort out a proper meal... I buy movie snacks and never eat them, whilst watching a movie, anyway... I really dont get them... I like them, just don't get when to eat them... Sorry... Ignore me... I like seeds n stuff too tho

I eat them when I'm home from work and starving but my partner doesn't get home for another few hours.

Yummy. We make our own nut butters so know exactly what's in them. It helps with the guilt.

Grilled chicken breast marinated in frssh mint, lemon juice, yoghurt and tandoori paste. Perfect on the BBQ and can be served with healthy poppadoms which are cooked from 'raw' in the microwave rather than deep fried.

I make what I call fruit balls, they contain dates, apricots, mixed fruit, mixed nuts, oats, honey, ground almonds, peanut butter and cocoa powder. They are lush.
