So it's the last day tomoz and what's left to win and can we grab any Golds?

Here's what happening, and who's in it for TeamGB:

08.00 Women's Pentathlon - Fencing: Mhairi Spence, Samantha Murray

11.00 Men's Marathon: Lee Merrien, Scott Overall

12.35 Women's Pentathlon - Swimming: Mhairi Spence, Samantha Murray

13.30 Men's Cross Country: Liam Killeen

14.15 Men's Welter: Freddie Evans

14.35 Women's Pentathlon - Riding: Mhairi Spence, Samantha Murray

15.15 Men's Superheavy: Anthony Joshua

18.00 Women's Pentathlon - Combined: Mhairi Spence, Samantha Murray

~

I reckon we could grab the two boxing gongs but that's about it I think.

I bet we win more asylum seekers as hosts than the Chinese did in Beijing in 2008

I'm not too sure. Spence is ranked 3rd in the world, one of the German girls is 2nd and a Lithuanian lass is ranked No.1. Murray is ranked 10th. We might get a Bronze out of it but not two medals.

Yeah but on the plus side look how strong team GB will be in Rio with all this fresh recently aquired talent. We will be world beaters

Newcastle and Gateshead

I have high hopes for the 2 boxers today... especially freddie Evans.... Anthony Joshua beat his opponent as an unknown in last years world amatuer champs when he was the world champ...

I would love 30... think we can get to 29....
