I've noticed a lot of people basically asking to have their pics fabbed. What do they get from this as I don't believe that's there's any prize money for the most fabs (unless I've missed this). Is this the ultimate in attention seeking? |

Ego boost.
It's nice to have an ego boost.
It might not even be about 'how Fab" the pic is. It's the fact they ask for something and strangers oblige. That's pretty powerful stuff.

It's only one form of attention seeking.
Everyone who posts pics on here wants attention in some form or other. We all do or we wouldn't be here. There's nothing wrong with that because it's good to be visible.
Some people just need it more than others and it's the neediness that grates more than anything. |

for some people its the only reason they are here.

If you get high up on hotpics, more people see your profile, more will hotlist you and fab new ones, getting you higher and more noticed.
This helps with getting meets in future |

Some of us are exhibitionist who...yes...love the attention.
I usually "show off" or get my kicks in swingers clubs but they are shut.
There is no harm in having a love of sexual attention  |

We tend to post pics from time to time to generate interest and see if anyone that takes our fancy messages us. If people also fab it we can’t see the harm ? |

I used to wonder this , at least with Facebook likes you can buy lifesaving operations for children in Africa , but fab fabs don’t seem to be worth anything |

I don't normally agree with you ivy bit u have hit the nail on the head and with your other comment and just to add to that it can also be a big confidence boost when lots of people fab your pics it makes you feel bigger better stronger. Wel in my case ot does and its certainly a nice feeling |

There are guys on their own page one but there's no comparison on the number of fabs.
On the Irish hotpics for example it's possible for a man to reach no.1 with less than 20 fabs while women need at least 10 times that total if not more. |
