Am I the only one that’s only just realised they are called chicken McNuggets and not mcchicken nuggets? For over 30 years I’ve called them McChicken Nuggets, and then today my world is rocked as I find out I’ve been wrong all these years, they are chicken McNuggets.

Genuinely, I don’t think I can ever have one again now. My worlds been rocked.

That was a bit drastic...haha.. to be fair I've been saying it correctly all these years but i don't think it's a reflection on me as a person.

Oh bless you. I think we all have those moments sometimes. My partner thought Ibuprofen was called Ibrubafen and I was mispronouncing vermicelli for years .

Yes, and that is why you can't brand it, a nugget is a food item therefore you can add you brand name to it.

I wouldn't worry about it, people probably thought you were just pissing about.

My Dad used to name things slightly wrong to wind people up all the time. It's the little pleasures in life that get you by.

The one that always got me though, was when he started calling me by my cousins name

Because it's not adding a brand onto an actual name. Slogans and brands are different. Peacocks is not adding part of a different brand name onto peacocks, Peacocks is ok as a named shop.

That's an interesting one; I used to mispronounce ibuprofen as ibupro-fen instead of ibu-profen.
