Being a strict vegan I don’t eat meat, so steak is out of the question. Saying that I do eat fish, I only eat fish, cause they live in water. Also ducks cause they live on water. Also pigs, sheep and cows cause they live near water. Apart from that I don’t touch meat.

Medium rare, I have my steak medium rare.

There's a very small part of what I think is a part of the fillet steak which they call "hanging steak". Apparently it supports the diaphragm of the cow? (I'm not a butcher so not sure how true this us,) I've tried this and it is unbelievable but I've never seen it on the butchers counter. I've also been told that the butchers keep it for themselves

Hanger steak, amazing cut of meat its available at most butchers, i still prefer the 'boned cuts' for flavour

I don't like steak unless it's cut into thin strips

That said, I don't like any meat presented as a slab of animal

I need disassociation

I had a rather gorgeously sexy man cook me rib eye this week and it was just dam perfect.

Before that I would have said fillet steak was my favourite but he's changed my mind.

Maybe I need to go to the butchers with my glasses on Hanger steak, that's the one. Most tender piece of beef you will eat
