Going ok, finished work early so watched the football earlier, only downside is I'm feeling some mild side effects from my jab yesterday but nothing that won't stop me enjoying a beer later |

Today has been a day for recovery, met my sponsor to read some work out and have food, then sharing my experience strength and hope at a meeting tonight, when I'm focused on recovery like today, I always feel better, n become grounded again, as it reminds me where I come from, and how easily I could be there again |

Glad to hear everyone, more or less is having at least an average day, the way they want to spend it.
Just finished making flapjacks with house mates, melting the chocolate in a bowl to cover them with, anyone want to lick it  |

I thought it would be a good day and then I got out of bed and had to clean up my bathroom before work after my sister got wasted last night and vommed everywhere...not even the first time this has happened GAH! 
Apart from that, my day did improve a little  |

My day has been lovely! I've done some gardening, had a couple of lovely chats with friends that left me grinning. I'm still buzzing off something I found out yesterday. And I also bought homemade, still warm cherry scones - life is better with scones. |

I’ve had a lovely day thank you xx My meat delivery arrived so I’ve been batch cooking which I haven’t done for ages. T has just had his 2nd jab & on his way home so we’ll be having homemade curry followed by an early night.
How has your day been?

Durham, North Yorkshire and can travel |
Been working. I am actually really tired of working. 7 days a week is tough going, but only 4 more weeks to go until a holiday.
Other than that though the sun has been shining so it's made work easier.
We have to look at the positives |
