Soon be British strawberry season.
Butter 2 slices of bread. On one crumble a nice Lancashire, Wensleydale or similar cheese (not cheddar or a blue cheese). Thinly slice 4 or 5 strawberries. Place on top of cheese. Top with second bread slice. Press gently, slice into two and enjoy. |

Not at all OP.
The yogurt alone isn't enough to make the bix wet enough, milk takes away the crunchy dryness, the yog adds smooth yummyness.
Add some agave nectar or honey and cinnamon, a squeeze of lemon and some chocolate nibs and game on |

Lay your weetabix to rest and give them a minutes silence....
Oatibix, try them...they're ace. Theyre like what hob nobs are in the biscuit world.
Make sure you drown them in milk, they're thirsty buggers |

"No not at all weird.
I mix fat free Greek yoghurt with skimmed milk into our overnight oats and add chia seeds, flax seeds and fruit.
NBVN x
Ooo that sounds good! "
It's delicious, and I occasionally add granola on top for sweet crunch. Give it a go. X |

"Not weird. I only have enough milk to soften up the weetabix, you wouldn’t know it’s there before I add other ingredients
What ingredients do you add? "
Whatever fresh fruit I have to hand, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, orange, banana, kiwi, pear, melon. If that’s all gone just a drizzle of honey
No yoghurt for me, allergic |
