So who loves or loathes them? It's quite funny with me as I hate them and get really anxious when taking them, yet believe it or not I'm actually a photographer that has won a few awards for my portrait and themed shoots with other people |

Oh I see. So you dislike having your photo taken whether it's by yourself or others? I can understand how that can be the case even with being a photographer. It's very different being the subject. |

I'm not the kind of guy that shouts "look at me" so when everyone that is looking at me with a camera pointed at me I get cold sweats, not good on a portrait photo lol |

"I’m not a fan. I prefer the natural ones other people take. Problem is I’m the only one ever seems to take pics anywhere! So never any of me "
Same here.
Even when I am with others that are taking photos I'm normally missing from them all.
I think I have a natural aversion to cameras |

I'm not a fan..I take a couple and end up having to pick the best of a bad bunch..and I'm not a lover of having others take my pic either... but thankfully I don't have to own those! |

Male me has long suffered from a phobia of being photographed. Long story but it's how I came to be. But growing up no school photos, no wedding pics. My mates got me pissed and threw me into a photo booth for my passport photo (which was also my driving licence ID for a while) and fainted when I had to do my military ID.
I'm getting better being in front of the camera as a guy. I can have a pic taken as long as I know where that image is (ie not a snap on a phone) But I think now the anxiety lies in people's reactions if I were to post a pic of male me. Very complex!
So I kind of understand what you're saying. And emphasise. It's not easy, but fair play you're doing it. More than male me!
But I'd do you a trade if you want, femme me will pose for you if you pose for me after |

Taking selfie’s make me feel awkward which really don’t help on a site like this lol.
I look better in person (apparently) |
