Just a few different meanings:
BBW Big Beautiful Women
BBW Beautiful Black Women
BBW Big Bad Wolf

BBW Born to Be Wild
BBW Big Black Women
BBW Big Bottom Woman
plus many more....

One doesn't due to intentional typo - gotta have fun. The other does as small connecting word is allowed in acronyms. Only leeway, please resubmit.
And the reference is what labels women place on themselves not vice versa.
My opinion doesn't matter.
