What's the best way you've found to keep cool in the hot weather ?
The problem I've found is that the heat makes me extra horny ... and interferes with the things I should be doing, and not getting distracted .... especially by bare legs, short skirts and sundresses 
So any solutions or tips gratefully

Thought of enacting a new law making every woman wear a burkha ....
but thought that wouldn't catch on .... 
Then thought about making the country all become naturists ... then we'd all be the same .... but some sights are best left to the imagination 
I've just decided to shove a bag of ice down my shorts .... |
