Good evening everyone! We're doing family research again about Mr KC's family. Also have been working all day and went to the gym earlier. Towing a weighted prowler behind my wheelchair definitely gets you in the shoulders |

My shoulders feel okay at the moment. Towed 60kg on the prowler plus 12kg on my footplate. My PT had a go after me but he couldn't move it an inch  |
