Found lockdown was easier with a biscuit or two. Put on best part of two stone. Got my head in gear this week and no snacks and simple exercise. Weigh in on Sunday was 15 1. Weigh in this morning was 14 9. I suspect there will be beers tomorrow that will put me back but I’m determined to get to 13 something next month. Any food tips that might be filling but healthy??
Aside to feeling better I’m sure the sexual encounters will also benefit ?? |

If you're following a low carb way of eating (I won't say diet, it implies that you can go back to previous habits) a cheese omelette is ideal. Just don't have bread or chips with it . |
