Nope.
Cant run for shit.
Legs are problematic and I am slow as hell.
Best bet would be to find a bunker and hope the rest of the world sorted it before I starved to death  |

Of course all you need to do is..
Take car. Go to mum's. Kill Phillip (sorry phillip) grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over.
