Salmon, pan fried on the skin side first and then with a light covering of chilli sauce and turned over until the sauce goes sticky and steamed veg

Salmon grilled with a little lime juice and some chopped fresh chillies. Pop it on a bed of rice, and enjoy.

For the cod, a herb crust and roasted, served with new potatoes and baby veg.

Simple ways are usually the best.
