That’s my kind of walk. Yes walk! During lockdown- I’ve now got in the daily routine of a brisk stiff walk. I time myself - have to make it along the riverbank to the lock in 22 minutes. Quick stop, then time myself back, bit further and uphill so target 30 mins. I feel better for it.
What do you do that you weren’t before these strange times? |
