Met many at various social events.... All started with the Doris' and the pussy posse in Barnsley then chams, Manchester, London, Heathrow etc.

Yep! Sadly they tend to live quite a distance away so meets are infrequent. Though I did meet someone through the forum who is only the next postcode which was a nice surprise. |

I've met many women through fab in the past.
I'd say 90% came about through forum interaction. So much easier to connect with people as opposed to randomly messaging someone you might see on the site whom you might fancy. |

I've met 3 people via the forums. 2 are great friends and have been for quite a while with nothing physical involved.
I was warned off forumites in the beginning of my fab time being told to 'never fuck a forumite'

Yes, I've met lots of forumites for socials and a handful for play meets. My ex and I met through a dating thread over 5 years ago. I prefer to meet people through the forum because I get a better feel for who they are by observing them interact on here. |

It’s not generally on the forum where it’s blabbed but it does get around unfortunately - it’s a small pool. If you don’t mind then it’s not an issue but if you’re like me and do mind, then keeping the mucky stuff away from the forums is a good idea |

Yup, met many lovely people at various group socials over the years.
Made some terrific friends and even had some very fulfilling sexual encounters.
I’m looking forward to the next group social planned for December and meeting more great friends.

It’s not generally on the forum where it’s blabbed but it does get around unfortunately - it’s a small pool. If you don’t mind then it’s not an issue but if you’re like me and do mind, then keeping the mucky stuff away from the forums is a good idea "

Yes, we did. Devil liked how Beast was presenting himself on the forum (and liked his profile) and decided to message him. Long story short (almost not happened due to Devil's accident shortly after the initial message), we have been together for around 2.5 years now. Despite loss of mobility, wheelchair, then crutches. Beast is a very good PT |

I don’t understand that. Why wouldn’t you meet forumites? They’re still people. You get to see (read) their personalities, in fact, if anything, you get a good idea about them and about if they’re the type of person you’d like to meet.

You’d think so but it could be because the relationship has to be established first. I have no experience of this but from what I’ve observed, the connection has to be firm first, the relationship established and trust built. Then swinging would be at its best when you know what the boundaries are between both of you.
Otherwise, it would be a FWB, NSA, One night stand, whatever other acronyms and names there are for a ‘casual’ intimate playmate. |
