The English FA have stopped using all social media because of racist trolls. They want to put pressure on the Social Media platforms to stamp it out. Surely in this tech age the site hosts can stop it.

Should the host platforms censor though and where could that end?

all clubs are following suit too for a week - an interesting idea but sadly I don't see it improving the situation with trolling and abuse.

Censorship is not the answer but It should be easier to prosecute trolls
